Winter Blues.....

Over the holidays, I found these fab videos of how to make authentic biryani, Hyderabadi style! Any true Hyderabadi will tell you that the only meat acceptable in biryani is lamb. All other variations – chicken, beef, veggies are not ok. More importantly, add-ons such as almonds, raisons, peas, etc. are blasphemy.
